Appmaxcare is completely built on Google Cloud having all the cloud benefits such as scalability, flexibility, cost savings, enhanced data compliance and security (HIPAA and PHI) [our agreement with Google cloud can be found here (BAA agreement) for the same], data loss prevention and close to 100% uptime. Appmaxcare can be customized for each individual clinic to be used as landing webpage for clinic marketing and brand recognition. The biggest benefit of having cloud based application for clinics is that they can run their business in truly paperless fashion from anywhere on any electronic device having internet connection whether they are doing virtual or face to face consulting.

Extensive EHR/EMR

Appmaxcare has extensive EHR (Electronic Health Records)/ EMR (Electronic Medical Records) built in to facilitate all the providers to work on their schedules with ease. Many popular forms are pre built in and any requested custom form can be generate by our technical team to satisfy the needs of the provider. Notes, prescriptions, Patient documents upload section is already built to facilitate the provider. Many features such as direct emailing or faxing prescription to listed pharmacy, lab request to listed laboratories, specialist request to hospitals etc can be done based on specific request of the subscribing clinic.

Smart scheduling

Based on client (patient) and provider data user can create one click smart scheduling for any length of service period. Patient can also set the schedule online directly with their choice of provider. All the schedules have modify, delete, copy and many more functions options available. List view and calendar views are available to interact with the schedules. Auto email and SMS reminder can be setup of schedules to Clients as well as respective providers. Each schedule system logs are available in readable file for any audit trail.

Revenue Cycle Management

Depending various provinces and states insurance programs across Canada and USA one click invoicing and claim management is available. Using AppmaxCare, provider can easily do the invoicing and electronic claim submission for private insurance, province/state insurance program, federal insurance program, direct patient/client payment. For Canada, currently we have integration with OHIP (MCEDT) and Telus eclaim where you can directly submit the claim. We are working with other provinces insurance programs which will be onboarded very soon. For USA, Currently we have integration to support any clearing house accepting 837p and 837i edi claim including many automatic paper claim creation in the process such as CMS 1500 etc). Private pay billing can be done using payment merchants such as Stripe, Authorize, Paypal and many more. Complete electronic claim process with advance error handling and payment posting (remittance advice) can be done using Appmaxcare.

Advanced Reporting and 24/7 Expert Support

All the schedules, invoices/billing and claim module has live reporting where clinic can generate immediate report based on data presented on the screen. Many pre configured standard reports are available. Also custom reporting can be done as well.

Telehealth Support

Appmaxcare has built in functionality for telehealth (virtual consulting) via zoom. Just to adhere privacy rules, clinic can sign up for zoom and our technical team will integrate their account in Appmaxcare so providers can practice their telehealth practice without any disturbance.
